Delmanor Elgin Mills Enjoys National Peanut Butter Lovers Day!

The residents of Delmanor Elgin Mills spent an entire day enjoying everything peanut butter.

The day started with baking peanut butter rice crispy squares.  The fun continued into the afternoon as the residents made peanut butter bird feeders and hung them in the garden for the awaiting birds.

The peanut butter festivities ended with a peanut butter taste test, sampling four different types and varieties of peanut butter including regular, unsweetened, all natural and chocolate.

Not surprisingly, the most popular tasting peanut butter was plain Skippy.

The seniors loved testing their peanut butter knowledge and re-living past memories of how many peanut butter sandwiches they have enjoyed over the years.
