Culinary Expressions with Executive Chef Andrew

The residents of Delmanor Glen Abbey were recently treated to an interactive culinary workshop with Executive Chef Andrew, and his Sous Chef Jonathan.


Using February's Chinese New Year as the theme to add some "Asian Flair" to the cooking experience, Chef Andrew and Jonathan created a vegetarian spring roll feast!



The interactive class gave the seniors an opportunity to ask questions and watch as the step by step process of creating a delicious appetizer unfolded before their eyes.  Of course, no cooking workshop would be complete without follow-up sampling.  The residents of Delmanor Glen Abbey thought that the spring rolls were fantastic!  This wonderful appetizer will be just one of a number of featured menu items in February, when the residents and staff of Delmanor Glen Abbey celebrate the Chinese New Year!
