Resident Christmas Service at Delmanor Glen Abbey

The residents of Delmanor Glen Abbey were treated to a special holiday service to celebrate the meaning of the season.

The beautiful sounds that came from the grand piano in the Masters Lounge of Delmanor Glen Abbey set the stage for the service to come.  The very talented pianist Bill Hamil from St. Jacobs United Church was a pleasure to listen to while the seniors entered the lounge.

The lovely service was presided by Rev. Ted Kersey and Rev. Shearman, followed by the telling of the Christmas Story.

The seniors and staff in attendance felt the warmth of the season as classic Christmas carols were sung accompanied by a delightful solo performance by 7 year old Kaitlyn who sang O Holy Night beautifully.

The Reverends presented the talented young singer with a soft pink teddy bear as a token of appreciation for her outstanding performance.
