The Elgin Mills Spring Fling Dance Was More Than Just a Party!

With the lovely smell of spring air and the warm weather of the season beginning to show her beautiful face, happiness and joy of springs arrival was celebrated in more ways than one at Delmanor Elgin Mills.

While residents and staff celebrated with dancing and music, they were also contributing to a very successful fundraising venture that was held in conjunction with the Spring Fling Dance.

With an expanded mandate from the province to build a new hospital in Vaughan and grow health care services across the community, the Mackenzie Health Hospital is being re branded to communicate the significant change and enhanced level of health care that will be developed for all of the Southwest York region

The 10 year vision for the new hospital in Vaughan
Mackenzie Health's expanded mandate requires significant physical changes to support increased capacity and services to meet the growing health care needs of the community.  The building of the new Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital and the continued revitalization of Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital are examples of areas of focus requiring significant fundraising.

Delmanor Elgin Mills was proud to contribute to this very worthwhile venture, as health care affects everyone one of us.  The retirement community will continue to support the efforts of Mackenzie Health Hospital's fundraising efforts.

The Spring Fling Dance was a wonderful success!  The dance floor was filled with residents kicking up their heels to the fantastic music provided by 5th Avenue.
