Delmanor Elgin Mills brought some nostalgia to the Richmond Hill Santa Claus Parade on November 14th with an "Old Tyme Christmas" bus that was decorated with festive embellishments. residents and staff sang and danced to Christmas carols while serving hot chocolate to the hundreds of spectators along the parade route.
