Delmanor Elgin Mills staff sprang into teamwork with the inaugural Spring Fling Dance.

Spring
was in the air as Delmanor Elgin Mills hosted its first Spring
Fling Dance. It took the full team at Delmanor Elgin Mills in order to put on such a successful event
that had everyone up dancing, singing and laughing.
The
lobby was transformed into a dance hall with lanterns that adorned the area with their warm ambiance.
There was a happy up-beat feeling with all of the guests, residents and staff who all had a fantastic time! The dance music was provided by 5th Avenue who did a wonderful job setting the mood and providing excellent music for everyone to dance to.
What truly separates Delmanor and their ability to put on such successful
events is that they are taken on by the entire team and not just one individual. Many Elgin Mills staff members came back after a long day of work so that they could spend the evening
dancing with residents. Spouses of staff drove long distances so that they could be a part
of this great evening as well. Not to mention Delmanor Elgin Mills GM, Louis Franco, who moved
and grooved on the dance floor. When you have an entire team that is this dedicated to
their jobs and to the residents, it is something that is not only seen, but felt.
The
room was electric with the energy and everyone in attendance truly did raise the roof! Everyone
left that evening hot, exhausted but most of all feeling invigorated and vibrant and
ready for the next dance. The evening was truly a great success in every way!
