The Salon Culinaire event is a competition where chefs can compete to win the prestigious honour of being the top chef. Entry into this competition is open to professional chefs, cooks, pastry chefs and bakers. Those that are among the elite of the contestants take part in a series of display based culinary competitions.
Delmanor Northtown's Executive Chef, Chef Divakar, and the talented Northtown Culinary Team competed this year in the category of "Fruit and Vegetable Show Piece".
