Delmanor Elgin Mills Recognizes Osteoporosis Awareness Month

Staff, residents & Osteoporosis Canada spent an afternoon together recognizing November as Osteoporosis Awareness Month & learning about how our bones change as we age.

The representative from Osteo Canada visited Delmanor Elgin Mills to give a presentation about Osteoporosis and how to be "bone smart".

In honour of Osteoporosis Month, Delmanor Elgin Mills hosted a Bone China High Tea.  Using real bone china tea cups donated from residents, the seniors had a delightful afternoon tea with cakes and pastries.
