Celebrating Seniors' Month and Healthapalooza!

June is seniors' month in Ontario.  2013 marks the 29th anniversary of seniors' month celebrations in our province.  This is the time of year when we take time to celebrate and acknowledge all of our diverse and fantastic seniors that call Ontario home.

Delmanor Northtown and Delmanor Wynford were invited to participate in Healthapalooza, a health focused event held at the Better Living Center in North York.  Healthapalooza is an event where seniors can learn the secrets of healthy living.  The event caters to those 50+ and provides free seminars, demonstrations, interactive fitness classes, along with an opportunity to discover resources and opportunities available to seniors in their own community.

The Premier of Ontario Kathleen Wynne and Minister Responsible for Seniors, Mario Sergio were among those who attended the event.

There were many senior focused participant groups that were in attendance at this event.  Those, along with Delmanor Seniors Communities believe in providing all seniors with a happier, healthier and more active lifestyle.
