The residents of Delmanor Northtown took part in the annual Seniors Day at the Toronto Zoo.
The residents enjoyed seeing the wildlife, visiting the gift shop, riding the Zoo-mobile and spending time outdoors in the beautiful Rouge Valley.
The Toronto Zoo is Canada's premier zoo, known for its interactive education and conservation activities. It is one of the largest zoos in the world with over six miles of walking trails to explore. The Zoo is home to over 5,000 animals representing over 500 species of animals.
The Zoo is divided into seven geographic regions with animals displayed indoors in tropical pavilions and outdoors in a more natural environment.
The most popular attractions for the Delmanor Seniors at the Zoo were the African Pavilion, the Gorilla Rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef. Everyone that attended Seniors Day at the Toronto Zoo had a wonderful time!
