LEED® has become the standard for

LEED® stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and is administered by the Canada Green Building Council. Its strict criteria are second to none, and far from every building qualifies after undergoing the rigorous testing process. That means Northtown has been certified in all six categories outlined by the LEED® Program: sustainable sites, water efficiency’ energy & atmosphere, materials & resources’ indoor environmental quality’ innovation and design process.

On average, a Tridel Naturally Better community helps reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions (GHG) by approximately 500 tonnes.
